Professional Background

Sarbi earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria (2021) and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2022. He is an active member of the Law Society of BC and the South Asian Bar Association of British Columbia. Sarbi additionally holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Distinction) from the University of Victoria (2016).

Prior to joining Dhanu Dhaliwal Law Group, Sarbi worked with a leading personal injury & class action firm in downtown Vancouver and represented clients before both the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the British Columbia Court of Appeal.

His practice areas include Family Law, Personal Injury, and Contract Litigation. Sarbi is well-versed in resolving family issues including property disputes, financial support, and parenting time with children. He is also experienced in representing clients in personal injury cases involving complex motor vehicle accidents, product liability, and battery & assault cases.

Personal Interests

When not in the office, Sarbi enjoys playing basketball, hiking in the coastal mountains around Vancouver and Vancouver Island, and mentoring aspiring law students.
